STRATEGIC VISION & GOVERNANCE
The S.I.S.S.Y. Foundation operates on an institutional model of complete structural transparency, deliberate governance, and measurable systemic outcomes.
THE FOUNDATIONAL PILLARS
I. Systemic Integrity
We honor every dollar invested in our mission. Through rigorous financial governance, regular reporting, and strict asset allocation, we ensure that corporate capital directly transforms into measurable community outcomes.
II. Multigenerational Impact
We do not believe in temporary band-aids. Our initiatives are designed to stabilize the head of household immediately while actively equipping the entire family with the literacy and resources needed to break cycles of poverty permanently.
III. Scalable Infrastructure
Our programs are built on data-driven, repeatable models. By optimizing our logistics for material distribution and cloud-based learning modules, we ensure our impact can scale seamlessly from local neighborhoods to nationwide implementation.
BOARD GOVERNANCE & OVERSIGHT
The S.I.S.S.Y. Foundation is governed by an independent Board of Directors dedicated to strategic scale, fiscal responsibility, and community advocacy.

Before I was a recording artist, an author, or a founder, I was a young mother standing at a devastating crossroads—and I learned early on that no one is meant to carry the weight of solo parenthood alone.
In 2002, my daughter was born, bringing immeasurable joy to my world. But when she was just three years old, tragedy struck our family when her father unexpectedly passed away from an undiagnosed medical condition. Overwhelmed by grief, I made the pivotal decision to leave Oklahoma and return home to Kansas City, Missouri, seeking the comfort of my roots. It was during this fragile chapter that I discovered the true power of a community. My family, alongside my in-laws, surrounded us with unwavering love, stepping in to help put my daughter into community programs and competitive cheer, creating an unbreakable foundation of stability.
Years later, after experiencing the end of a subsequent marriage and navigating the landscape of single parenting once again, I realized something vital: the path wasn't as crushing as it could have been because my village never left my side.
During these years, I also poured my heart, resilience, and voice into my career as a professional singer and recording artist. Navigating the demanding, fast-paced music industry as a solo caregiver required intense discipline, business acumen, and a deep reliance on the "village" that supported me behind the scenes. Later, I translated my administrative expertise and life lessons into writing—publishing an essential e-book guide on launching a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, alongside an expanding collection of literary works designed to inspire and empower.
I saw the depth of our blessings clearly when my daughter graduated with both her Associate and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology, surrounded by a family that showed up in full force. I felt it deeply as our village poured overwhelming love over her and her fiancé at her baby shower.
Shortly after my daughter gave birth, a single Uber ride changed everything. My driver was a heavily pregnant young woman who looked ready to give birth at any moment. As we talked, she shared her story—revealing that she had absolutely no one in her corner. She was navigating the terrifying unknown of bringing a child into the world completely isolated.
In that moment, the contrast hit me with staggering clarity. I looked back at the decade of continuous support, resources, and community that had carried my family through our hardest times, and I realized how deeply blessed we had been.
The S.I.S.S.Y. Foundation was originally established in 2021 with a focus on general health and wellness. But sitting in that car, I realized that my own journey of struggles, artistic triumph, and perseverance was the true blueprint for our mission. I know exactly what it means to face the hardships of a single-parent household, but I also know the transformative power of having a village, access to resources, and the gift of education.
In June of 2026, I officially restructured the S.I.S.S.Y. Foundation to fully align with this truth. We are here to bridge the gap. For every single parent, every isolated mother, and every family striving for self-sufficiency without a safety net—we are stepping in to provide the resources, the technology, and the education they deserve.
We are here to be the village you can lean on.
Supply Chain & Logistics Asset Management
To support our nationwide distribution footprint, we utilize systematic logistics tracking for all incoming corporate gift-in-kind (GIK) procurement. By partnering with secure transit carriers and climate-controlled inventory storage networks, we guarantee that critical personal care assets are efficiently processed, packed, and deployed to single-parent households without operational delay.
OPERATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE & SCALE
Scalable Virtual Infrastructure
Our educational empowerment tracks operate entirely via high-efficiency, secure cloud learning platforms. This centralized digital architecture allows the S.I.S.S.Y. Foundation to scale its financial literacy and workforce modules to thousands of families across multiple time zones simultaneously, removing geographic barriers and driving massive, low-overhead national scale.
